For stays between December 1 and December 20, you receive:

- early check-in from 11:00 AM and late check-out until 3:00 PM (subject to availability)
If no ski slopes are ready for use during this period, you may:
- cancel your booking free of charge up to 1 day before arrival (we guarantee a full refund within 5 business days)
- reschedule your booking to a different date by paying the difference based on the rates applicable to the new date
